12 Desserts of Christmas: Day 10- Fruit & Brie Bites
By: Jennifer Frost
These are a wonderful combination of sweet and savory. They double as both a dessert or, if you are entertaining an appetizer that can is easy to whip up in a short amount of time. Lastly, they are easy to modify the fruit preserve to your desired taste. I prefer to use raspberry because I think the sweet and tartness of the raspberry combines perfectly with the buttery richness of the brie.
